IRS releases 2014 inflation-adjusted amounts for HSAs and proposed regulations

The IRS has released Rev. Proc. 2013-25, providing the 2014 inflation-adjusted amounts for health savings accounts (HSAs). Separately, proposed regulations have been issued that address the impact of HRAs, HSAs, and wellness programs with respect to minimum value and affordability determinations.
